Expenses arising from investment property that generated rental income amounted to CZK 174 million (2013 CZK 93 million) and consist mainly of energy, repairs and other services.
In 2013 out of CZK 291 million of impairment on available-for-sale financial assets CZK 46 million was impairment on unquoted equities at cost.
