In prior year, the CEO of the Česká pojišťovna was beneficiary of a Generali Group’s long-term incentive plan, 2013-2015 Cycle. The provision was released in the year 2014 because the vesting conditions have not been met (the working relationship with the Parent Company was terminated in 2014)
