Other expenses include the costs of the Company’s health and social programmes (e.g. health programme for managers, medical check-up for employees and social benefits).
In prior year, the CEO of the Company was beneficiary of a Generali Group’s long-term incentive plan, 2013–2015 Cycle. The provision was released in the year 2014 because the vesting conditions have not been met (the working relationship with the Company was terminated in 2014).
